Overview & Responsibilities / Descripción y Responsabilidades


  • Answer phones, redirect calls as appropriate or resolve calls when possible.
  • Organizes and maintains departmental files.
  • Provide administrative support to location staff.
  • Keeps official records and recommends administrative policies.
  • Report generation.
  • Data entry. 

  • Generate letters to customers.
  • Filing, copying and faxing.
  • All other duties as requested by management.

Requirements & Qualifications / Requisitos y Aptitudes

  • High school diploma or some college preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Account Payable and administrative functions preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal business, communications and organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer services skills.

  • Requires the ability to deal with privileged information in a confidential manner.

  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills.

  • Must be self-starter who is detail oriented, accurate, and very reliable.

  • Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license with a good driving record.

  • Ability to multitask and be a team player.

  • As must available to work, holidays, weekends and flexi time.
